Alexandra Bolan
Alexandra Bolan has been deeply committed to working with adolescents and their families for over 10 years. After completing her Master of Social Work Degree from New York University, Alex began her career treating adolescents in a short-term residential program. After serving in a variety of roles within this setting, she transitioned to providing outpatient care.
Intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Alex often returns to the biosocial theory in her work with adolescents and their families. She views understanding the intersection of biological predisposition and environmental exchange as incredibly valuable when considering an individual’s experiences and the needs for intervention.
Alex is enthusiastic about her collaboration with a team of highly-skilled practitioners at the Krasner Adolescent Institute. The thoughtful, integrated assessment strongly mirrors her clinical perspective in ensuring a comprehensive understanding and detailed approach to caring for adolescents.
